AMPPE S.A. was founded to continue and expand V. Dritsa & Others in January 1999. The latter was formed in March 1989 by a team of experienced engineers specialized in the electrical power engineering.

AMPPE S.A. is a engineering constructing and consulting company, based in Thessaloniki Greece .It‘s field of expertise is specialized, medium and high voltage electrical power engineering services on substation construction and maintenance.

Since April 2011 AMPPE S.A. has moved to α new building of 1300sm on the 18km Old National Road Thessaloniki - Kavala.
